If you have experienced corruption

FSC of RES LLP (hereinafter - the Partnership) values its reputation and is committed to ensuring that its employees, partners and counterparties comply with the principle of integrity and transparency in their work, ensuring the legality and fairness of their decisions.

If you believe that you have witnessed or become a victim of the following circumstances in the activities of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Ministry) and the Partnership:

• about forthcoming or realized facts of corruption, fraud and embezzlement;
• about violations during control (supervisory), procurement procedures;
• about abuse of official position and exceeding of authority by officials;
• about committing other actions that cause or may cause material damage or harm the business reputation of the Ministry, you can contact:

In accordance with the Partnership's anti-corruption policy, employees and other stakeholders are given the opportunity to confidentially or anonymously express their reasonable suspicions about violations committed or planned by officials, employees of the Partnership or in relation to officials, employees of the Partnership.

Confidentiality of the appeal is guaranteed.

Anonymous appeals (without specifying the name of the person who sent the appeal) are not subject to consideration, but are checked.

At the same time, we draw your attention to the fact that the dissemination of knowingly false information is punishable under Article 274 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

It is noted that in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" a person who reported a corruption offense or otherwise assisted (assisted) the Anti-Corruption Service in combating corruption, is under the protection of the state and encouraged in the manner determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to the Rules for rewarding persons who have reported a corruption offense or otherwise assisted in combating corruption, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 1131 dated December 30, 2015, a reward may be paid for the information provided, depending on the severity of the offense, in the amount from 30 to 4,000 MCI, except for persons who:

1) cooperate on a confidential basis with a body carrying out operational and investigative or counterintelligence activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) reported a corruption offense or assisted in the detection, suppression, disclosure and investigation of a corruption offense for which the person was a perpetrator or accomplice.

The above guarantees shall not apply to persons who have knowingly reported false information on the fact of a corruption offense, who shall bear liability established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Article 439 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for administrative liability for knowingly reporting false information about a corruption offense to an anti-corruption body in the form of a warning or a fine for individuals in the amount of 20 MCI.

Part three of Article 419 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for criminal liability for knowingly false reporting of a corruption offense in the form of imprisonment for a term of three to eight years.
