In preparation for the auctions for the selection of renewable energy projects, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with Financial Settlement Center of Renewable Energy and other stakeholders, worked to clarify the auction bidding mechanism for the selection of renewable energy projects in Kazakhstan, including potential investors.

This instruction was developed by the efforts of the team of Financial Settlement Center and contains basic information on the procedure for participation in auction bidding, determining the winners of the auction, providing financial guarantee and the procedure for concluding a power purchase agreement (PPA) with the winners of the auction. We hope that it will help you successfully participate in the auction for the selection of renewable energy projects.
