Changes have been made to the form of Financial support for the terms of the RES agreement
In connection with the introduction of the Unified Electricity Purchaser, as well as amendments to the current legislation in the field of electricity, the form of financial support for the terms of the contract was changed to bring it into compliance.
In accordance with paragraph 28 of the Rules for the centralized purchase and Sale by a single buyer of electric energy of electric energy produced by facilities for the use of renewable energy sources, facilities for energy waste disposal, approved by Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 2, 2015 No. 164, financial support for the fulfillment of the terms of the purchase agreement is provided by the Subject to a single buyer of electric energy within 30 days calendar days after signing the purchase agreement by providing a bank guarantee, issued in accordance with the Rules for Issuing Bank Guarantees and Sureties approved by Resolution No. 21 of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 28, 2017 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 14915) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules for Issuing) or a reserve letter of credit issued using the SWIFT system.
Based on the above, when issuing financial security for the fulfillment of the terms of the agreement, we ask you to follow the new form.
